2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

2.1. By visiting the Site for the first time or communicating through other Internet resources of the Company, the User automatically grants the Company permission to use cookies and other public information specified in social networks, messengers or when visiting the Company’s office.

2.2. By using the Site or leaving your contact details on the Site, as well as by answering the necessary questions in the questionnaire when visiting the Company’s offices, the user confirms that he gives his consent to the Site Administration and its authorized persons to process his personal data. The user has no right to use the Site if he does not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2.3. Користувач дає свою згоду Адміністрації сайту на обробку отриманої інформації, включаючи збирання, систематизацію, накопичення, зберігання, уточнення (оновлення, виправлення), використання, розповсюдження, знеособлення, блокування, знищення персональних даних, зазначених в анкеті, з метою заходів, спрямованих на формування бази даних учасників, складання статистичної звітності, проведення маркетингових досліджень, а також здійснення взаємодії з Користувачем, у тому числі по мережах електрозв’язку, включаючи направлення повідомлень через SMS, месенджери та соціальні мережі, електронні лист, до відкликання такої згоди.

Користувач підтверджує свою згоду з тим, що Адміністрація сайту має право взаємодіяти з Користувачем шляхом здійснення прямих контактів за допомогою різних засобів зв’язку, включаючи, але не обмежуючись: поштове розсилання, електронна пошта, мережа Інтернет, месенджери, соціальні мережі та ін.

Користувач визнає, що у разі його недбалого ставлення до безпеки та захисту його Даних та даних з авторизації (пароль, логін) треті особи можуть отримати несанкціонований доступ до облікового запису та Даних Користувача. Адміністрація сайту не несе відповідальності за збитки, заподіяні таким доступом.

3.2. Адміністрація сайту може здійснювати обмін даними з афілійованими особами Адміністрації сайту (компаніями, що діють на підставі спільної власності), які можуть опрацьовувати та використовувати Дані задля цілей, що зазначено в цьому розділі Політики конфіденційності.

3.3. Адміністрація сайту не здійснює обробку даних, що стосуються расової, національної приналежності, політичних поглядів, релігійних та інших переконань, членства у громадських об’єднаннях. 6. USER RIGHTS

6.1. Users have the right to:

6.1.2. contact the Site Administration to find out about their content and origin;

6.1.3. check their accuracy or ask to supplement them;

6.1.4. delete, update or correct Personal Data;

6.1.5 object to their processing on all legal grounds without exception.

6.2. Relevant requests should be sent to the Site Administration at the address specified in the contact information on the Site.

7. COOKIE FILES POLICY

7.1.
