The PANELS SERVICE UKRAINE company produces and sells termPIR boards – unique products of the XXI century. TermPIR slab (coating – for aggressive environment) is highly resistant to any extreme physical and geophysical conditions that have a direct impact on the condition of building materials and structures.
We sell boards in the standard size 600 x 1200 and 1200 x 2400. However, we manufacture custom boards with other parameters 1000 x 1200; 1200 x 1200; 1800 x 1200; 1200 x 3000.
Properties
Characteristics of slabs resistant to aggressive environments:
- Double-sided panel cladding made of multi-layer aluminum protection.
- The filler is made of rigid polyisocyanurate foam with excellent thermal insulation properties. All components are fire resistant.
- The edges are milled to facilitate installation and create a one-piece thermal insulation layer. Milling is performed in three ways: FIT – straight edges, LAP – stepped, TAG * – tenon and groove. The latest version of the milled plate, reduced by 15 mm.
Aggressive environments where thermal insulation material can be used
- Vapors with the presence of increased volumes of liquid acids and alkalis;
- Locations with the production of gases containing sulfur dioxide, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides.
- Temperature changes from freezing to thawing in conditions of high humidity or presence of water.
- Salt environment.
- Buildings where it is required to protect buildings from the penetration of oil products.
- Areas with high pollution.
Areas of use
TermPIR boards for aggressive environments can be used to insulate houses and apartments in extreme climatic conditions. Also, the material is suitable for insulating garages, repair shops for cars and motor vehicles, wholesale warehouses where household and industrial chemicals are stored, including concentrated compounds.
Plates can be used to insulate individual structures of industrial buildings, where there is a release of aggressive gaseous and liquid substances.
As a heat-, steam-, waterproofing material, slabs can be used in rooms with high humidity, preventing the penetration of moisture into the walls.
Plates for aggressive environments serve as insulation and protection against destruction of reinforced concrete and steel structures, cement coatings. Thus, the materials sold are able to reduce the cost of repair and maintenance of buildings.
